Forgot your password
On the sign-in screen, tap Forgot your password? and enter the email on your account. We send a reset link that works for 14 days. If it does not arrive, ask your coach or email us and we will send one by hand.
Change your password
Settings, then Change password. You need your current one. Changing it signs you out on every device, including the one you are holding.
Delete your account
In the app: Settings, then Delete account. The app asks for your password to confirm.
Without the app: email support@fitnessmastery.com from the address on your account and we will delete it for you within 30 days. You do not need the app installed to ask.
Deletion happens straight away and cannot be undone. It erases your programs, workout history, food diary, saved meals, custom foods, weigh-ins and habits, then signs you out everywhere. Your coach cannot get any of it back.
Deleting your account does not cancel a paid coaching subscription. Email us for that.
Delete some of your data
You do not have to close your account to remove things from it.
In the app: open any food entry, workout, photo or message and delete it. Clear the field for a day to remove that day's weigh-in or habit. Withdraw Apple Health or Health Connect access in your phone settings to stop new readings.
Without the app: email support@fitnessmastery.com from the address on your account and say what to remove, for example "all progress photos" or "my food diary before June". We do it within 30 days and confirm by email.
What is removed is gone from our live systems at once. A copy can survive in a nightly backup for up to 14 days, after which no copy remains. Your name and email stay while the account stays.
Apple Health and Health Connect
The app reads steps, sleep and weight, and writes back a weigh-in you enter. It reads nothing else. Refuse it when asked, or withdraw it later in your phone settings, and the rest of the app still works.
